About the Role
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the GoPay Marketing team who develop and strategize performance-based marketing and advertising initiatives for the platform. In this role, you'll take the wheel in increasing brand awareness, promoting product campaigns and services, and driving prospects to conversions. Working directly with the GoPay Marketing Head, as well as the Liquidity Pod Leader and Growth Lead, you'll help manage end-to-end initiatives for scaling the user base for GoPay's "Unlimited Source of Fund" feature, with the ultimate aim of positioning GoPay as the largest and most preferred hub of user spending in the region and beyond.

What You Will Do

  • Build & implement a go-to market strategy for KYC adoption
  • Evaluate, track, and optimize existing features to maximize adoption rates via redefining the target audience, and utilizing promotions, channel distribution, and marketing communications/branding initiatives
  • Optimize & redefine feature adoption to improve user experience with Product Managers, Growth Leads, and the UX and Consumer Risk & Research teams
  • Collaborate across streams (Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, CRM, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Creative, Growth Ops, Consumer PR, Corporate Affair, CCU, and Product Manager) on end-to-end campaign planning, execution, monitoring, & building reports
  • Identify the most suitable marketing channels and target segments for each marketing initiative; manage user communication through targeted channels such as CRM (in-app channels), paid social media, and offline media
  • Work closely with the Growth Lead on building & executing communication plan for growth initiatives, & scale up if successful
  • Work closely with partnership team to pitch & negotiate proposed marketing initiatives to strategic bank partners
  • Manage RPL & Marketing expenditure and budgeting to ensure OKRs are efficiently achieved

What You Will Need

  • A BA/MS in Management, Communication, or a related major, preferably with a Marketing concentration
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, or a similar field
  • Knowledge in marketing and campaign execution
  • Ability to write, read, and speak fluent English
  • Proficiency in Facebook Advertising, Google Adwords, Clevertap, Google Analytics, Google suite, or Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • A data-oriented mindset, with strong analytical skills and a sharp attention to detail; ability to conduct data tracking/ analytics/ insights, and create comprehensive reports
  • Experience working on branding campaigns (ATL, BTL, on-ground activation)
  • Experience managing marketing budgets
