Your role: 

Bring the Adjust vision to life ensuring you take the team with you on this strategic journey! In your role as Head of Product Management you will lead and guide a team of Product Managers on their mission to create the most impactful features for our existing and new products. As part of our global Product team you are the engine to drive innovation and to deliver value to our customers. With clear and efficient product road mapping, planning, prioritization and an agile product development process you will contribute to our core mission and the promise we gave to our customers: Your growth is our growth! 


Your responsibilities: 

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle with full ownership from product iteration to delivery process on a global level - always coming with an customer-centric / design thinking approach 
  • Drive product roadmap strategically (and support your team also on an operational level if required) to enable overall business success and growth
  • Own the key KPIs of our product in one of our four product domains, rolling up to our North Star Metric
  • Translate company OKRs to powerful team and individual contributor goals and responsibilities and ensure they are delivered (not compromising on speed or quality)
  • Bridge between business and tech to ensure a continuous communication flow from customer needs and market feedback into the product and tech organization and the other way round
  • Strong internal collaboration and partnering with other executives from Engineering, Marketing, Sales, UX Design to build and deliver world class products and be a role model demonstrating cross-department strategic alignment
  • Lead, mentor and coach a team of passionate product managers to grow our amazing product organisation
  • Strive for continuous improvement by challenging the status quo, pushing for new ideas and innovation


What you bring: 

  • Ability to lead, coach and inspire cross-functional teams 
  • Min. 8 years in a product role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with at least 4 years of experience working in a global product organisation
  • Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition, monetization and related ecosystems, ideally from leading related teams
  • Solid experience of being an active member of product leadership teams with a high ability to lead, coach and inspire cross-functional teams
  • High degree of independence, initiative and proactivity paired with passion, enthusiasm and drive for delivering results
  • Have experience of owning, understanding and being responsible for product analytics, financial metrics and product monetisation
  • Strong stakeholder management with outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects at once, going hand in hand with high level prioritisation capabilities
  • Open and flexible mindset, high adaptability  and practical experience working with agile methodologies in highly agile environments
  • Business fluent English
