Ready to make an impact? Arctic Wolf is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our pack.
Arctic Wolf, fresh off its unicorn valuation, is the leader in security operations in an exciting and fast-growing industry—cybersecurity. How fast are we growing? Well, Arctic Wolf was highly ranked in the Deloitte Fast Technology 500 for North America in both 2019 (#25) and 2020 (#104)! We have doubled headcount, customers, and revenue for five years running.
We are also cultivating a collaborative and productive work environment that welcomes a diversity of backgrounds and ideas to make our teams even stronger. In fact, we are recognized as one of the 2020 Best Places to Work (bizjournals.com).
As we believe in corporate responsibility, Arctic Wolf offices across North America participate in volunteer programs throughout their communities. We’ve also earned distinction from TravelWise for our efforts in promoting sustainable transportation.
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will own, lead, and drive the messaging, positioning, competitive analysis and GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy for Arctic Wolf’s Managed Risk product.
The successful candidate will have direct product marketing management (PMM) experience and/or Technical Product Marketing (TPM) in the cybersecurity industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the GTM motion with Product Management for customer acquisition/expansion, enable sales with field enablement and drive pipeline growth by partnering with various teams within Marketing.
GTM: Build and execute the GTM strategy, lead product launches, set competitive positioning, manage “day-to-day” marketing support for Arctic Wolf’s Managed Risk product
Sales Enablement: Communicate the value proposition of your product including how they compare to competitive offerings, to the sales and field teams and develop the sales tools that support the selling process, including sales training and product demos
Analyst relations: Collaborate with Corporate Marketing and support activities related to analyst relations that would include positioning Arctic Wolf in various strategic surveys, interviews, and tradeshows.
Personal research: Understand the buyer and the end-user. Build buyer personas and needs; be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your end-users and how they use your product; act as “the voice of the customer” across all functions (i.e., product management, sales, marketing)
Thought Leadership: Create thought leadership content pieces by researching relevant topics related to Risk Management
Insights & Research: Strive to continuously deliver industry, market and product insights to support product roadmap/positioning, campaign development and other relevant areas, and company growth.
3+ years of Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or Technical Marketing experience
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security domain
SaaS or Enterprise software experience is a must; proven track record marketing to a technical audience. Able to collaborate effectively with a diverse, remote team
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong focus towards metrics and measuring success
Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle several projects at the same time
Must be able to take initiative, follow-up and drive cross-departmental actions in order to meet deadlines
