We are at the intersection of tech, sports, and exclusive relationships with the largest sports organizations in the world. About This Role:Fanatics needs you!  You are an aspiring product manager or business analyst, passionate about learning, problem solving, and working with people. You thrive in a group setting partnering with design, engineering, product management and business colleagues.  This role will live within the product management team responsible for Global Order Management. You will function as a key role in providing ongoing product support for our existing order management platform serving our North American business, our new Global Order Management platform being built to accommodate our growing global footprint, as well as our ever-increasing ecommerce shipping capabilities. Responsibilities:As a key member of the Global Order Management product management team, you will:-- Work with other product managers within the team to help transition new features to production, produce supporting documentation and ongoing trouble and operational support - Help field questions from key business stakeholders, operations as well as research/triage issues  - Help capture/document requirements, prioritize and  manage ongoing backlog of new features/enhancements/fixes within the Global Order Management domain- Participate in sprint planning, standups and other agile ceremonies
Qualifications:- 1+ years prior experience functioning as a product manager, business analysis, business systems analyst, or quality analyst - 1+ years prior experience working within ecommerce, with a general understanding of order management - Experience or general understanding of agile delivery - Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, technical and problem solving skills- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred Tryouts are open at Fanatics!
