About the domainThe Growth domain at Vinted is taking care of the first part of the funnel in our user journey, making sure all leads are set up for success and become active members of the platform. From first impression to first activity we work very closely with marketing to ensure we have all the tools in place to be the most efficient in our investments, and reach our growth ambitions as a company. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully delivering ambitious technical projects in C2C or B2C digital products. You should be up for a challenge and willing to grow in your role.

In this position you will:

  • Work closely with the marketing teams to understand their needs 
  • Analyse and understand the possible impact of initiatives on our main growth metrics and prioritise accordingly, always delivering the biggest opportunities first
  • Communicate with different stakeholders, moderate and align all needs to define scope, requirements and possible development needs
  • Manage the backlog of a product team to continuously execute the growth strategy and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate effectively with other product teams

About you:

  • 3+ year(s) of experience in building user-facing tech products
  • Experience delivering through a full product lifecycle: integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
  • Able to make insightful, data-driven decisions and translate these into valuable product improvements 
  • Good knowledge of how to incorporate product data, user research, and market analysis to create product strategies and roadmaps
  • Practiced in operating effectively in varying degrees of abstraction, and translating complex concepts into actionable iterations
  • Proficient at design thinking, drawing storyboards, creating wireframes and ‘grooming’ product backlogs, writing user stories, and developing acceptance criteria
  • Background and experience in marketing and CRM is a bonus
  • You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and are confident juggling changing priorities and operating with limited resources
  • A fast learner and critical thinker with an open attitude
  • Willing to relocate to Vilnius or travel to the office 30% of the time
