Scale AI is seeking a strategic, analytical, and growth-oriented marketer to lead our demand generation and growth marketing function. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our customer acquisition and ABM strategy from end-to-end.

You will:

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of all lead generation, ABM, nurturing, and paid customer acquisition campaigns and programs.
  • Continue to scale our marketing efforts and take primary responsibility for exceeding our pipeline opportunity goals each quarter.
  • Develop programs and strategies for acquisition, retention, and expansion through multiple channels, including SEM/SEO, nurture, retargeting, direct mail, content, social, events, inbound channels, and other channels.
  • Drive continual improvements in lead conversion rates, close rates, and funnel velocity.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue and Marketing Operations functions on our marketing systems, workflow, SLAs, reporting, email, and database management.
  • In partnership with revenue operations, develop and execute a strong strategy and framework for marketing measurement, dashboards/analytics, and attribution
  • In collaboration with the Interactive Brand Team and Product Marketing, drive the strategy and program management for Scale’s web presence across personas, new markets, segments, and product offerings.
  • Own end-to-end our content strategy for gated content and experiences that will drive significant conversion.
  • Lead SEO team and develop our roadmap of new pages and experiences to grow our organic reach.
  • Own our newsletter and work closely with Rev/Marketing Ops to operationalize our nurture programs.
  • Build out and run a robust webinar and field marketing program.
  • Own our social media and community programs and strategy
  • Define KPIs and implement measurement, analytics, benchmarking, and reporting methods to gauge success for marketing channels, campaigns, and initiatives

Ideally you’d have:

  • 4+ years experience working on B2B demand generation for technology or software companies with a strong track record.
  • Strong understanding and experience with multiple demand channels, including digital, paid social, field, and email marketing to drive pipeline.
  • Excellence in building cross-functional relationships and alignment, particularly with sales and operations teams.
