The Netflix Experience Design Team (XD) is responsible for the design of all Netflix products across web, mobile and television screens. Our mission is to push the Netflix experience beyond what’s expected by crafting designs that make our members happy and measurably move the business forward.
The Customer Health design team cultivates the relationship between Netflix and our users. We build strong emotional connections and trust with our current and prospective customers through direct and personal communication. We advocate for our users’ needs throughout their journey with Netflix, particularly outside of the streaming experience.
This role will have impact across various parts of Customer Health, from Identity, Security & Accounts, to Customer Service agent tools, to the Messaging design system. We need a lead designer that likes working with both breadth and depth, and knows how to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
