Customer Growth Marketing Manager at Checkout.com
Checkout.com is looking for a highly motivated customer growth marketing manager to join our Global Demand Generation team. This role will be responsible for driving up-sell and cross sell campaigns to our existing global base of merchants.  
In this role you will work very closely with the wider demand and marketing teams as well as cross-functional stakeholders in sales, customer success, sales engineering and product teams to find opportunities to grow existing customers through growth marketing campaigns. In this role you will leverage our CRM, marketing automation and more to effectively segment our merchant database and identify growth opportunities through marketing campaigns. Your core KPIs will be to increase the LTV, monthly recurring revenue and share of wallet from Checkout.com’s global merchants. 
You are a creative, data-driven marketer able to work in a fast-paced environment - looking for a new challenge to accelerate customer growth.

What you will do

  • Develop a creative customer marketing program in collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success founded in revenue growth for customers 
  • Segment and analyse merchant customer base to identify optimal cross sell/upsell opportunities 
  • Design and execute customer marketing campaigns leveraging various tactics from email marketing, digital, direct mail, events and more   
  • Create alignment with stakeholders in Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales and Sales Engineer to deliver campaign success 
  • Gain deep customer understanding of pain-points, challenges and opportunities 
  • Analyze and monitor the impact of the programs performance using Looker/BI tools and 

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS, enterprise and lifecycle or customer growth marketing
  • Data-driven, growth-minded marketer with a proven track record growing demand and audience, account engagement
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, creatives, engineers, analysts and product marketing
  • You are an expert in data segmentation, CRMs, Marketing Automation, email marketing systems and performance analysis
  • You have a people centric approach who enjoys cross functional projects
