This role is expected to lead strategically and also be willing to meaningfully engage in operational activities across all Tripadvisor business units, especially with the Hospitality Solutions group.  The Associate Director, Growth Marketing will have several direct reports, manage the B2B Marketing team’s relationship with external performance marketing agencies, and lead the comprehensive growth marketing strategy for Tripadvisor Hospitality Solutions.

  • Develop and execute an expansion strategy to increase B2B product sales and grow revenue

  • Oversee strategy and execution of all Paid Search and Social campaigns to hit revenue and efficiency goals, and oversee contract and relationship with external performance marketing agency

  • Direct and conduct formal A/B testing plans to optimize campaigns and channels and increase key performance indicators

  • Develop and monitor metrics, and provide weekly channel reporting to management as well as deep-dive analytics to uncover strategic insights and action plans

  • Stay abreast of the competitive and market landscape and develop new initiatives as a result

  • Develop and foster exceptional partner relationships in support of indirect channel growth for both Hotel and Restaurant customer segments

  • Lead and manage the employees on the team, ensuring clear goals and accountabilities are established and achieved. Ensure individuals’ performance and development needs are met and employees are high performing and engaged.
