The AWS AI/ML Product Marketing team seeks a talented, experienced, and self-directed marketing manager to join the fast growing organization that is responsible for driving the development and adoption of artificial intelligence on the AWS platform by developers around the world. In this role, you will drive growth with multi-channel campaigns that attract customers and build excitement through delightful user journeys that enable customer success. This will include adapting messaging, positioning, and business goals into marketing campaigns, quantifying the impact of campaigns, using data to uncover customer insights, managing internal/external agencies, and so much more. You should be customer obsessed, creative, and comfortable running campaigns across multiple digital channels (search, social, email, in product, etc.).

This position must sit in Seattle, WA. Relocation assistance available from within the US.

Key Responsibilities:
· Understand and utilize the product messaging to write and continuously improve copy materials for ads, emails etc.
· Develop the customer lifecycle product adoption campaign strategy with key stakeholders
· Grow adoption of AWS services by driving awareness, demand, acquisition and customer retention through multi-channel digital campaigns
· Build and optimize awareness, acquisition, adoption and retention digital campaigns.
· Analyze and report on performance metrics of digital campaigns and set up test plans to improve the campaign performance
· Develop learning and share best practices across teams to help achieve the most effectiveness
· Collaborate across multiple teams to identify and accomplish goals.
· Strong execution capability with highest standards in a rapidly evolving business.

Basic Qualifications


· Bachelor's Degree
· 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
· Experience with end to end product delivery
· Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
· Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
· 5+ years’ experience in building, executing, and meeting/exceeding business goals via digital promotional campaigns: e.g. email, web banner, social media, web page
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, computer science, or any field of study or 10+ years of marketing experience.
· 5+ years of experience with analytical tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc.) and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

· MBA preferred
· Experience with email and web content management tools: Marketo, Adobe CQ, Adobe Target, etc.
· Experience in setting up automated marketing experience
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
