If you love developing effective marketing strategies and being the “voice of the customer” for a global fast-paced B2B cloud technology company, we want to speak with you. We are looking for a driven and creative Product Marketing Executive/Manager to drive the competitive intelligence process to better guide the sales and marketing on their go-to-market strategy and executions, aid in sales enablement tactics and lead product adoption activities. This is a newly created position that will be based in Singapore and will be reporting to the Head of Marketing, CPaaS.
You will need to have excellent communication skills with the strong ability to speak and write. Presenting new features to sales and marketing teams, writing engaging copy and to tell the CPaaS story for various marketing channels to a high standard is crucial to the success of this role. As a Product Marketing Executive/Manager you will also need to gain insight into customer needs and experiences by analysing data, trends, user behaviour and more. Sounds like what you’d enjoy? Your responsibilities:
- To have extensive understanding of the CPaaS market (customers and competitors)- Influence stronger strategic marketing decisions based on research and data to optimise campaigns to increase business revenue- Communicate the value of new CPaaS features to the sales and marketing team and develop sales tools to facilitate the various buyer’s journey process- Assist in driving sales and marketing lead generation activities - Develop external and internal sales enablement materials- Craft marketing copy across various channels (blog, brochure, fact sheets, ebook, tutorial videos, demo videos, landing pages, campaigns, emails)- Analyze business, sales and marketing data to create plans to improve product adoption- Assist in developing and presenting quarterly product marketing strategies and tactics to key stakeholders
Requirements- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a B2B Product Marketer preferably in the tech space - Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging copy and tell the CPaaS story to various audiences and marketing channels- Great communication and presentation skills- Knowledge and experience in demand generation, social media, digital marketing, storytelling, and project management- Exceptional ROI tracking skills- Natural team player- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong public speaker, comfortable with large groups, c-level executives, customers
