Hi, we're Oscar. We’re hiring a Product Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in our New York office.

About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for creating unique and personalized engagement strategies for our Oscar Care patients/members to improve member satisfaction and health outcomes. You’ll partner with the Virtual Operations, Product and Clinical teams to set and implement an engagement strategy and measure campaign results.
Launch data-driven campaigns and tactics in partnership with product marketing leads to drive engagement with Oscar Care for our Individual and Family plan membership. You’ll create and launch campaigns that support the team engagement strategy across digital and non-digital channels.
Understand our Virtual Care users, members and patients. You’ll partner with Virtual Product Managers, Oscar Medical Group clinicians and Operations teams to define patient segments, understand what motivates them, test how best to position our products to them, and learn which channels to communicate through most effectively.
Partner with engagement marketing leads to drive data-backed product adoption and support long-term engagement with Oscar Care (Virtual Primary Care and Virtual Urgent Care)
Partner with Value Capture and Clinical to incorporate regulatory and clinical goals into engagement strategy: Ensure members understand their benefits, know when and how to get care, and how those efforts fit into the larger engagement strategy.
Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for briefing our Creative team, setting the testing strategy with the data team, and partnering with the CRM and Virtual Operations teams to coordinate multi-channel execution.
Support the strategy and execution of member product and feature launches. Identify feedback channels and proactively share patient/member feedback, experiences, and insights
2+ years of experience engaging consumers and driving digital engagement
Experience working closely with brand strategy and creative teams, as well as data analysts and product managers
Experience planning, executing, and measuring engagement campaigns across multiple channels
Experience building a testing framework and executing against it
Experience using data and analyses to make decisions and drive outcomes
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business, or commensurate experience
Experience driving engagement with health care products preferred
