Who we’re looking for Our App product marketing team in Stockholm, Sweden, is looking for a highly skilled and creative copywriter. You’ll play a key role in helping us achieve our ambitious objectives as we introduce more and more people around the world to our shopping app. We make shopping smoooth for the masses, and with the launch of the Klarna app, we have empowered our users to discover, purchase and manage their finances all in one place. Now we need someone who can help us take the app communication to the next level. 
What you will doIn a nutshell, solve creative challenges with compelling copy. It’s demanding, but rest assured you’re not alone. You’ll be working with a team of amazingly talented people and key stakeholders from marketing, communications, legal, and product engineering. You’ll help us define our voice in the App domain and ensure that copy is consistent with this voice by writing, editing, and proofing materials produced. In reality, this could mean that one day you’re contributing to a global launch campaign, and the next, you’d be writing value descriptions for a new product.
Who you areThe copywriter we’re looking for needs to take every opportunity to show copywriting skills at the highest level, regardless of the project. It usually means you have several years of copywriting experience from an agency, in-house, app development, or similar. You’re a proofreading ninja, and you always make sure to meet our quality standards. Your writing demonstrates consistency and is always on-brand

You will

  • Craft copy packs (an elevator pitch for app products/features) 
  • Construct Go-To-Market campaigns and toolkits
  • Update content in the App Store (for global and regional use)
  • Iterate content (for global and regional use)
  • Create ideas for new feature launches to support early adoption post-launch
  • Come up with ideas and solutions to drive our focus KPI ‘New user, First purchase.’

Other requirements

  • English as a mother tongue (or at that level)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong attention for details, language, flow, and grammar
  • Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a heavy workload
