PRODUCT
We're the customer experts and advocates. Our teams work on the end-to-end product lifecycle; from understanding the motivations and needs of our customers and partners, to designing and testing hypotheses, to creating industry-leading experiences for luxury shoppers, sellers and service providers. We set our Product vision and achieve our strategy in close partnership with teams across the business.
LISBON
Our Lisbon office is located in Portugal's cosmopolitan capital. Mostly the teams here are focused around Technology and Store of the Future. In this office, Farfetchers like to have catch ups in the ball pit or creative moments by the grand piano!
THE ROLE
As an Associate Product Manager, you will join the Brand Awareness & Engagement Team to help support the growth off our Performance Marketing channels. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will oversee the growth of the Performance Marketing tech landscape through the operation and evolution of our internal products, Google Tag Manager tracking capabilities and Marketing partner integrations for Paid Social and Paid Marketing activities, local-market performance marketing solutions - empowering our Marketing teams to best represent our brand, showcase relevant products and content, and use our expert data at a global scale. You will collaborate with engineers, business experts, marketeers, and analysts. Above all, you will have a hand in growing the fastest growing brand in the luxury fashion industry. You will learn about who the Farfetch customer is and promote marketing solutions that represent our brand, and ensure users are on-boarded to the best possible experience for their needs. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Advocate for our users and champion user-centred approach to provide intuitive, creative experiences across our external touchpoints - and communicate our brand.
  • Support our Customer Acquisition long-term strategy together with our marketing partners to ensure evolution and governance of our Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics landscape (inc. internal services / products and Google Tag Manager)
  • Support the businesses need for growth with our user's expectation of a luxury experience; work to balance product performance with business targets.
  • Work with Product Managers across multiple teams to advise and support them with marketing platform needs to unlock customer experiences and AB tests.
  • Work with stakeholders to build a product roadmap, creating appropriate business cases to guide product enhancement.
  • Establish and track metrics to measure effectiveness and identify the leading indicators that prove we are meeting our desired outcomes.
  • Distil the vision and strategy to your engineering team so that all team members embrace and champion the vision.
  • Take a full Todos Juntos approach and work with stakeholders including Development, Marketing, Commercial, and other teams to deliver the platform and experiences to support this strategy.
  • Keep up-to-date with new trends in the global market, ideating on ways to improve the Farfetch setup to improve our marketing reach and engagement.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle of each of the products in your portfolio, through research, design, build, maintenance and documentation.
  • Work with other marketing Product and business teams across the organization where there are synergies to share insights, and to identify opportunities for collaboration.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are passionate about developing customer-centric products and solving complex problems that impact multiple teams.
  • You have a good knowledge of, or are experienced working with Google Tag Manager (or similar), web tracking methodologies and data integration.
  • You have an interest in Product Management and managing delivery and discovery teams.
  • You have experience working in large-scale organizations with a global customer reach.
  • Good knowledge of Performance marketing landscape such as Affiliates, PPC business model and SEO techniques.
  • You have a desire to understand what influences luxury fashion consumers, and do what's never been done before!
