UiPath is looking for a Product Marketing Manager for Community & Learning.  Nearly one million automation professionals are building and sharing automations to transform their work and their organizations. From day one, we have cultivated and celebrated the UiPath Community. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing, Community & Learning and can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S.
Your Mission: Grow our Community and drive the adoption of our Community & Learning tools and programs at UiPath

What you do at UiPath:

  • Growth and adoption campaigns and programs: Develop and lead marketing campaigns and activities that drive awareness, user acquisition, and adoption of UiPath Community programs. Partner closely with other marketing teams to execute programs across email, social, web, community properties, and digital—and scale these programs globally. Develop email nurture to drive user engagement.
  • Messaging and positioning: Develop messaging and positioning to communicate the value of community and learning programs at UiPath, including UiPath Academy, Certification, MVP Program.
  • Content strategy and development: Produce and optimize content, including blog posts,  customer-facing slides, web pages, one-sheeters, user stories, and other collateral to support the enablement of sales, partners, analysts, etc.
  • Reporting: Analyze data to understand campaign performance. Present recommendations and findings to inform future activities.

What you bring to the team:

  • At least 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in b2b or for technical audiences
  • Communication and storytelling skills: You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You’re a skilled storyteller who can translate the value of UiPath Community through inspiring user stories
  • Strong program and project management skills: You thrive in cross functional environments and can influence a wide range of stakeholders to drive to desired outcomes.
  • Analytical skills: You’ll dig into webpage analytics, email performance, and product stats to understand trends and make recommendations moving forward.
  • You’re a self-starter who takes initiative and ownership. You’re able to flex between strategic planning and detailed execution.
  • You’re comfortable working across multiple marketing channels, including email, blogs, video, content, and events to engage our Community.


  • You have past experience in community building and/or developer marketing
  • You have a background in online education, training, and certification programs
  • You have SEO experience
