The Regional Head of Brand & Product Marketing is responsible for leading the company's marketing endeavors across all operating countries & the Group.
Typical responsibilities include:● Oversight, development and coordination of the company’s marketing plans, where plans typically coverbranding/perception and/or relevant product marketing● Own voice of customers internally and active coordination between relevant departments across the Groupto ensure consistency between messaging through to commercial & operational units.● Develop and deliver marketing plans and strategy across operating countries, including investment levels,strategic priorities and implementation plans.● Develop, implement & optimize Marketing Services group for Regional & similar format in markets● Set up metrics, benchmarks, schedules, analysis of campaigns and goals for brand marketing.● Build and develop a high caliber brand & product marketing teams across the region scaled to the evolvingneeds of the business.

  • Develop and drive product marketing tactics of all operating countries for position, marketing penetration that ensures company’s competitiveness - develop business and marketing plans for assigned products/brands, including pricing strategies, sales plans, and implementation strategies
  • Develop innovative consumer funnel by incorporating current market trends and changing consumer decision-making process
  • Ensure on-brand positioning and awareness across all facets of the marketing mix
  • Own brand health metrics across countries and corresponding success of all brand marketing work
  • Ensure effectiveness of alignment, communication and implementation of regional marketing drive 
  • Manage A&P/ marketing budget across all countries
  • Drive demand, download & usage of future Ninja app & Dash Lite ecosystem to facilitate Self Serve Sales Channel
  • Competitive monitoring; develop and implement a system and process for monitoring, analyzing and evaluating market customer and competitive indicators that will feed sales and marketing decision-making
  • Work with regional commercial team to identify and develop new markets for existing product
  • Determine market segmentation, targeting and positioning for product lines in each country
  • Determine product-pricing strategy across targeted countries of specific product launch (Ninja Packs & the likes for Self Serve Channel)
  • Main point of contact for agency selection, engagement and project execution
  • Manage creation of regional and local marketing collateral 
  • Set up and ensure effective media channels across the region in driving sales results.
  • Work with cross-functional commercial heads to support the diversification efforts
  • Partnering support to local marketing and country heads.
  • Build marketing teams across the region, ensuring a good talent pipeline
  • Develop team structure across region with a focus on driving effective sales/ marketing efforts in line with local and regional sales priorities
  • Lead regional marketing team and provide coaching support to country marketing teams


  • Minimally a Bachelors Degree in a relevant field, with at least 10 years of marketing & management experience in relevant industries
  • Agency work would be a bonus
  • Experience in a dynamic start-up or high growth environment is preferred
  • Experience in strategic marketing management & market analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to build & execute a marketing strategy with clear goals & objectives to align to sales objectives and support the growth targets.
  • Self-driven and proactive Agility, able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment.
  • High level of proficiency with both fixed and variable marketing channel and CRM programs.
  • Natural team player and have a desire to work with others for broader success.
  • Results-driven and stakeholder-focused.
