We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join Spotify passionate about connecting listeners to SMB (Small and Medium Businesses) in Spain and key Latin American markets. As a member of the SMB Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and executing performance marketing campaigns to acquire new customers via paid and owned tactics. You will collaborate with key partners across our company, including market leads, product, business, analytics, design, and user research teams, to develop strategies and plans in support of our marketing and business goals.
Ideally, you’re a growth marketing professional who understands how to use paid and owned tactics to drive significant, measurable results. You should also have experience with crafting successful acquisition programs in Spain and at least one Latin American market. This role will work with our media agency to lead and support all aspects of acquisition efforts across paid channels (social, search & programmatic) to help expand and grow our SMB customers in international markets. 

What you'll do

  • Build and be responsible for the SMB Growth Marketing strategy for Spain and key Latin American markets, driving significant awareness and conversion growth for Spotify Advertising and our self-serve ad platform, Spotify Ad Studio
  • Brief, launch, manage and optimize new campaigns across all channels including paid social, search, and programmatic display/video
  • Develop compelling and robust paid search copy for campaign deployment by our media agency, optimizing on a regular basis
  • Develop the learning agenda for channel optimization, creative testing, and audience expansion to improve lead quality and customer lifetime value while reducing acquisition costs
  • Manage partner and agency relationships and ensure timely results and strong performance
  • Build and communicate regular reporting around initiative performance, with an emphasis on insights, blockers and areas of opportunity
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills -- this includes submitting creative and media briefs, gathering assets, localizing and managing content requirements, working with internal teams and external vendors, and meeting project deadlines

Who you are

  • A min of 5+ years of experience marketing to Spain and key Latin American countries, ideally in a B2B environment with a strong growth orientation
  • A min of 5+ years of experience in campaign creation, paid media copywriting, media planning, buying and analytics
  • Expert understanding of Google Analytics, Adwords, and SEO tactics
  • Deep understanding of growth & optimization, A/B testing, and customer journey mapping
  • Strong analytical skills and proven track record to use data to optimize campaign performance and advise marketing strategies
  • Experience in working in a small high-growth startup within a larger organization and wearing many hats
  • Previous experience in copywriting and marketing content production is a plus
  • Strong project management and communication skills, localization experience a plus
  • You have attention to detail, analytical, and are driven by results
