As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for the Small Business Credit Card program, you will play an integral role in building and engaging our customer base through effective demand and lead generation strategies and campaigns that promote the long-term growth of Amazon. You will lead and own the marketing roadmap for customer acquisition. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify customer cohorts and develop engaging content via diversified marketing channels. In addition, you will analyze campaign results, report on performance and provide recommendations to management teams.

Key Job Responsibilities

· Develop acquisition marketing strategy and campaigns for our small business credit card program across diversified marketing channels like website, email, digital advertising and direct marketing channels
· Work closely with the marketing, product, data science, tech and partner teams on campaign development and implementation
· Create and execute demand generation programs
· Analyze data to determine customer segment analysis and campaign efficiency
· Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
· Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to leadership

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline or 8+ years of relevant work experience
· Experience in acquisition marketing and digital user experience
· 5+ years online marketing experience (diversified channels)
· Proven experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics
· Success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through to completion independently
· Demonstrated ability to create effective messaging
· Strong organization skills and attention to detail
· Comfortable working across multiple stakeholder teams
· Ability to thrive under ambiguous and shifting priorities in a high-growth environment.
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

· Marketing experience in financial services (Credit Cards/Payments)
· Understanding of B2B marketing best practices
· Experience designing and executing test-and-learn campaigns, research and data analysis
· Proficiency in HTML, SQL, Excel and willingness to learn new in-house tools and systems
