Who you are:Geotab is actively seeking a Marekting UX Designer to help us continue to evolve the user experience of Geotab's marketing and public-facing properties. You will have knowledge of UX Research and have a passion for solving complex design problems. You are highly organized and are able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. You are also a strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization. If you love technology, and are keen to join a data driven company — we would love to hear from you!
What you'll do:The Marketing UX Designer will advocate for people considering our products, helping them discover our features and resources to succeed as commercial fleets, smart cities, or utility companies. You’ll work on a variety of projects, collaborating with all of our product and marketing teams. You’ll have a chance to own an ever-changing problem space and thrive on change.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Evolve the user experience of Geotab marketing and public-facing properties.
  • Champion and evolve Geotab’s brand standards and guidelines.
  • Optimize the effectiveness of our marketing properties and lead generation.
  • Champion projects to ensure that they are progressing at a high level of quality from start to finish.
  • Help the entire team grow and become more effective by pairing and collaborating with other designers, sharing insights, new tools, and best practices.

What you'll bring to this role:

  • A passion for solving design problems while wearing multiple hats and championing all facets of Marketing UX (content strategy, design, art direction, and interaction design).
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, etc) as well as knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Proactive and self-directed.
  • End-user focused, advocating for them in all areas of your work is core to what you do. 
  • Collaborative work ethic, especially with front-end developers, researchers, marketers, and other disciplines.
  • Post-secondary Diploma/Degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • Degree specialization in web design, graphic design, UX design, human-computer interaction, etc.
