Support’s revenue growth from $16M to $30M by December 2021 by leading all strategic programs to analyze market opportunities, identify required capabilities to differentiate and command the leading position in our top priority market segments.


  • Launch market and competitive intelligence program within 1 month of start date to increase field confidence in differentiation, and deliver detailed market landscape map along with competitive playbooks for top tier vendors
  • Partner with Product and Operations leaders to deliver a complete market segmentation and sizing analysis, along with a framework to quantify the best path for to expand our target market
  • Own the ongoing improvement of our pricing and packaging by establishing feedback loops with the sales, operations and customer success teams and providing consistent visibility into opportunities to maximize commercial value from our roadmap and accelerate customer expansion
  • Partner with VP of Brand and Communications to Identify top tier analysts and establish strong relationships to inform’s category development, inform the product strategy and influence positioning in the market
  • Partner with Product leadership to develop an ongoing customer research program to test, validate and get unbiased feedback on market needs, product requirements and other growth opportunities


  • Bachelor’s in technology, engineering, business or marketing
  • Exhibits strong critical and very structured thinking, with a proven ability to conduct strategic market research using data to propose, test and prove hypotheses the business needs to explore.
  • Have the ability to command a room and an extensive list of sales and product leaders who will endorse unequivocally.
  • Have the formula for equipping sales reps with what they need to win based on experience with top tier, high consideration B2B sales orgs. 
  • Have the ability to understand detailed nuances of technical products, can extrapolate why certain details matter and summarize the insights in clear, defensible and succinct materials.
  • Point to multiple examples of delivering results based on plans that exhibited rigor, resourcefulness, inventiveness, and focus.
