About our teamThe design team at Plaid is made up of product designers, systems designers, brand designers, researchers, and content strategists who work with our cross-functional partners to create Plaid’s products.
The Privacy team is dedicated to providing best-in-class privacy tools to help consumers share, access, and manage their data in the FinTech ecosystem. In this role, you will go deep into understanding our user’s privacy needs to increase usability and comprehension of our Link and surfaces.

  • Producing high-quality work from wireframes and user flows to pixel perfect design with delightful interactions

  • 1-2 years of experience creating and shipping quality products
  • A penchant for utilizing user insights and metrics to guide design decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively to influence and drive stakeholder alignment
  • Being a tireless advocate for the users and user-centered processes
  • Ability to develop insights into consumer behavior from both qualitative and quantitative information
  • A proven record of collaboration with cross-functional partners in Product and Engineering
  • Having a divergent exploratory process with the ability to communicate trade-offs
  • Solid understanding of how to create usable, accessible, and modular designs
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools for prototyping and visualizing your ideas
  • Relevant experience in the Financial Technology industry or Privacy related products is a plus
