Twilio is growing rapidly and seeking a Principal Product Manager to be a key leader in the development and execution of our strategy building a great partner experience for Twilio’s Flex contact center platform. The person in this role will lead the planning, discovery, and execution of initiatives that enable partner success and happiness when they build on top of Flex. Reporting to the Director of Product for Flex’s Developer and Partner Experience, this position is critical in extending Flex’s key customer value in the market.

Who?

Twilio is looking for a leader who lives the Twilio Magic. The ideal candidate has:

  • 10+ years of total PM experience in an agile, cloud, continuous delivery environment.
  • A history of building experiences that motivate technology partners, like Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) or System Integrators (SIs), to align their businesses with yours.
  • Proven success in product management for both small and large organizations.
  • Is a strong business owner, comfortable sharing your vision with senior leadership, but also working closely with engineering teams to investigate into details to make ideas into reality.
  • Understanding of enterprise / B2B go-to-market, experience managing enterprise customer expectations.
  • Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.

As a Principal Product Manager the Twilio Flex Partner Experience team, you will:

  • BE AN OWNER: Lead the long-term product vision for the experience of partners who extend Flex, implement custom deployments for clients, or operate managed services for their clients.
  • BE BOLD: Discover opportunities and solutions by gathering feedback from customers and prospects, iterating on customer experience prototypes, whiteboarding technical implementations.
  • BE INCLUSIVE: Work with your team to evolve existing services and define new ones, prioritize their features, and craft their user experience.
  • DRAW THE OWL: Represent your product roadmap and business metrics to Twilio’s technology executives, customers, and to product teams across the company.
  • WEAR THE CUSTOMER’S SHOES: Engage with our largest customers, other product managers, and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and support solutions that make our customers successful.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. 

Salary:

Denver/Boulder Metro:

Salary Range: $132,928 - $182,776

Rest of Colorado:

Salary Range: $116,312 - $159,929

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
