Then consider joining our Marketing team! We are looking for this position of Growth Marketing Specialist to be located in our Washington, D.C. office, but we are also open to remote candidates based in the Eastern time zone.*

Position Responsibilities
Interfolio is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist who is responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining effective and successful in-bound and account based marketing campaigns to meet organizational objectives, including fueling the pipeline for Interfolio sales efforts. You will be responsible for supporting the development of demand generation and nurturing campaign strategies; managing a mix of online and offline marketing channels to meet qualified lead, pipeline and revenue goals, and assisting the Senior Director of Marketing with optimizing reporting and insights.
This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing on a small team where the candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with internal teams to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Skills we're looking for:

  • Support the development and execution of account based marketing (ABM) programs and in-bound campaign strategies, including demand generation campaigns, expansion and cross-sales, retention and nurture campaigns
  • Build client and prospect nurture campaign paths that increase brand awareness and enhance the prospect experience and progress through the pipeline, working closely with various marketing functions and the inside sales teams
  • Work closely with other members of the Marketing team to ensure that the development of integrated campaigns is aligned with demand generation, PR/media activities, social media, website content and direct marketing efforts 
  • Fantastic project management and attention to detail in order to manage campaign distribution calendar in Co-Schedule, working with all contributors to ensure deliverables are completed on-time 
  • Identify opportunities to provide sales messaging and content based on Marketing team activities (PR/media, social, website, events, webinars, etc.)
  • Utilize a mix of online and offline Marketing channels (email, advertising, social, direct mail, events, etc.) to meet qualified lead, pipeline, and revenue goals
  • Track data and analytics to measure, analyze, optimize and improve the effectiveness of our campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to fuel dashboards and presentations
  • Live in the data: Analyze and audit CRM data on the health of accounts and database, and create strategies to grow database for top accounts
  • Support client-facing initiatives and communications to improve customer retention and satisfaction  
  • Assist with marketing collateral, promotional activities, and event logistics

You should also have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, public relations, or related area 
  • At least 2 years of hands-on B2B experience in email marketing, demand generation, analytics & reporting, and execution/deployment (creative and templates, segmentation, dynamic content and testing methodologies)
  • Prefer candidates with experience creating and deploying in-bound and ABM campaigns
  • Experience providing fantastic customer service and stewardship required
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, Marketo and Salesforce (preferred, but not required)
  • Basic understanding of Wordpress and HTML/CSS (preferred, but not required)
  • Demonstrated analytical ability to create and improve programs and optimize efforts, and fanatical obsession with achieving pipeline growth
  • Strong communication skills with extraordinary ability to collaborate constructively and cross-functionally
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented in order to plan and project manage the execution of campaign strategies and establish calendar of regular reports and ongoing requests 
  • Flexible, positive and a self-starter with ongoing enthusiastic interest to learn new skills 
  • High levels of tact and diplomacy
