About the Role
As our Product Manager for the Logistics Platform, you'll take the wheel in leading the Kilat app and same day orders. You'll also collaborate extensively with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Product Managers, and Engineers on the GoSend, Marketplace, and Logistics team to enhance our driver-partner experience and reduce cancellations. Working with teams spanning across Jakarta, Indonesia, and Singapore, you'll have ample opportunity to join forces with people from all walks of life and specialties, building scalable logistic solutions for our businesses and users. Ultimately, your efforts will directly enhance the efficiency and accessibility for our on-demand logistics services. 

What You Will Do

  • Utilize data insights, market and customer research and your product experience to continually improve your products
  • Write and communicate clear, concise, and prioritized feature requirements and user stories
  • Build delightful yet scalable logistics solutions for consumers and businesses
  • Drive ideation, product strategy and execution for your product division, partnering with your product development team and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Own a product stream/ pod end-to-end to frame product strategy and drive execution 
  • Plan and participate in user research initiatives with the Design and User Research teams to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on product ideas and improvements 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Support, Marketing, Sales and Business to develop product messaging, training and communications
  • Monitor and measure launched products and feed findings back into the product development process

What You Will Need

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 4 years of experience working as a product manager on large-scale consumer products
  • Data-Driven First: ability to leverage technical resources and data to support hypotheses when making decisions, but knows when to step back from the rabbit hole of ‘too many metrics’; strong SQL skills and an understanding of basic statistics
  • Strong communication skills to build trust, set goals, get things done, and communicate product requirements through design skills; ability to use different channels (face-to-face, e-mail, WhatsApp) is a must
  • Ability to apply design and research expertise in building product features; excited about all the UX-focused pieces of the PM role
  • Independent and curious, ability to set own targets, ask for help when needed, and always looking to learn something new
  • A self-starter attitude to understand systems inside out, and the drive to make it a mission to deliver quality products
  • Ability to excel in a constantly changing and rapidly growing workplace
About the Team
Our GoLogistics team of 80 spanning across Jakarta, India, and Singapore. Because of our staffing dynamics, we're made up of people from a wide range of backgrounds and specialties, including business analysts, engineers, product managers, product designers, and marketing experts.
GoLogistics operates in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand. We provide and solve the first and last mile solutions with strategic insights - demand generation, supply, promotions, and campaigns to enhance revenue growth for the company. We're also in charge of building and managing the business strategy for the wider Gojek Logistics stream. In short, we're the team that keeps things moving.
Currently, we've been busy at work with integration efforts for an exciting new partnership we're embarking on in Indonesia. We're a close-knit team of passionate foodies (Irvin's snacks are a favorite), and prioritize efficient teamwork to get the job done.
