The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving and executing the go-to-market strategy, enabling and energizing a high-powered sales organization, and influencing the product roadmap. We're looking for a passionate storyteller who can articulate the value of complex and technical solutions both verbally and visually. The Product Marketing Manager is someone who will drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers sales to be successful.

This is a critical role; the Product Marketing Manager will drive end-to-end marketing strategy and execution of the Fuze platform, applications, and integrations, across a broad range of stakeholders from product management to sales teams.


  • Work directly with product, engineering, and design teams to identify and validate new product offerings and translate technical details into benefits for buyers, administrators, and end users
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target industries and enterprise prospects to differentiate our products, while highlighting the value of Fuze to customers
  • Own and execute the launch of new products and releases by managing cross-functional deliverables required to take products to market
  • Work with the sales enablement team to position products and solutions and assist in developing and delivering sales training and tools
  • Create compelling marketing content to support go-to-market efforts (e.g. presentations, webpages, press releases, solution overviews, blogs, video demos, etc.)
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on product-related marketing campaigns 
  • Manage communications to existing customers regarding new product updates and releases
  • Collaborate with the account management, customer success, and customer advocacy teams to identify and leverage customer references for product launches


  • Experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Content Manager, Sales Engineer, or similar role
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B or SaaS Marketing and/or Sales role
  • Experience selling or marketing telecom, UCaaS, CCaaS, or meeting products is a plus
  • Strong writing skills 
  • Comfort and experience presenting to sales and executive teams
  • Background in design, copywriting, and/or video editing is a plus
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly plan, implement, and articulate project timelines and deliverables
  • Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes 
  • Represent the company at all times, with virtually any audience, to explain customer-led benefits of the product (e.g., trade shows, analyst briefings or inquiries, marketing events)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to drive consensus and move cross-functional projects forward
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field a plus
