Interested in how technology and service can be combined to deliver amazing customer outcomes?  We are looking for a Product Manager to own and lead development of our Cloud Native Development solutions across public clouds. Companies large and small are transforming to be more agile and are looking at modern applications as key tenant of achieving their outcomes. But they struggle with the changes needed to people, process and technology to get it done. As Product Manager, you have a unique opportunity to drive the solutions and services we offer to help customers build and re-build in the cloud.

Primary Responsibility

  • Research market trends and needs
  • Develop and manage lifecycle of solutions and services that resonate with our customers and align with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with our partners, sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market activities.
  • Establish credibility and build impactful relationships with our customers at various levels of their organizations.
  • Provide sales enablement training to ensure successful product launches.
  • Integrate with customer success, pre-sales solutions architects and delivery teams to track solution success and collect customer feedback.
  • Ensure and report against financial objectives.
  • Contributes to overall strategy.
  • Manages the success of assigned products and develops requirements for future product releases.
  • Addresses the lifecycle interaction between multiple products through strategic planning.
  • Develops business cases for new offerings.
  • Researches and creates product requirements docs.
  • Facilitates build vs. buy analysis.
  • Works with Product Marketing Manager regarding internal and external communications.
  • Researches competitors’ products, assesses competitive advantages and determines what product features and functionality will be built.

Skills and Abilities

  • A passion for customers, inspiring products, and great service!
  • Expert experience managing a portfolio of software-related products, including business case justification, full product development lifecycle, developing financial models and marketing solution.
  • Experience designing products and solutions for a professional services and/or managed services business.
  • Advanced knowledge of business as it relates public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) environments.
  • Ability to balance resources against priorities and commitments to optimize output.
  • Understanding of both business and high-level technical aspects of the problem areas and solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills


  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager
  • Prior experience developing solutions for a professional services or managed services organization
  • Experience working with public cloud environments
