Join us and help to amplify productivity, quality and innovation across Spotify.
Your mission will be to build an outstanding onboarding experience for Spotify’s client developers and the Client Platform products as well as defining how we best enable our users. You’ll set up the long-term strategy and define the roadmap for developing our current solutions, partnering with a cross-disciplinary set of folks across the globe to make Spotify a leader in developer impact. We are in the early stages of this offering and you will be a part of crafting the vision.

What You'll do

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy and metrics for onboarding and developer support.
  • Be on top of the needs on how to develop the onboarding process and support products in order to contribute to our mission to help client developers deliver quickly and safely.
  • Work closely with product managers of other areas providing products and services that are part of the client developers user journey.
  • Work with the Engineering Manager to ensure healthy delivery – including capabilities, happiness, resilience, and growth.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships to keep stakeholders engaged, receive input, and influence their thinking.
  • Drive user research initiatives.

Who You Are

  • You're experienced as a product manager and have a technical background.
  • Someone who knows technical documentation, educational content creation and developer community support.
  • You are comfortable around developer tooling.
  • You know what makes a phenomenal user experience and love partnering with design, insights and engineering to turn a vision into reality.
  • You are an influential communicator who builds lasting connections and enjoys working in a complex environment.
  • You are driven to get stuff done, but with a collaborative approach. You understand that we don’t win unless the team wins, and you leave ego out of it.

Where You'll Be

  • We are a distributed workforce enabling our band members to find a work mode that is best for them!
  • Where in the world? For this role, it can be within the EMEA region in which we have a work location and is within working hours.
  • Working hours? We operate within the Central European and GMT time zones for collaboration and ask that all be located that time zone.
  • Prefer an office to work from home instead? Not a problem! We have plenty of options for your working preferences. Find more information about our Work From Anywhere  options here.
