The Amazon PeopleInsight team uses science, research, and design to improve the experience of associates who work hard to fulfill customer promises every day. Whether it is the Fulfillment Center team that delivers your same day Prime order, our Amazon Locker team that lets you pick up your package when it's convenient for you, or our Amazon Fresh team delivering your groceries in under an hour, the PeopleInsight group is there using data and science to provide key insights and experiences that improve employee well-being.

A day in the life
You will be delivering a product that makes science and people a natural combination. Customer obsession and collaboration will be essential. You will seek and provide feedback to other designers and peers in product management and engineering. You will need a deep understanding of user-centered design; to provide input on roadmaps, develop future concepts, improve current products, and elevate the user experience. Simply put, you will deliver products that are as easy to understand as an airline safety card and as indispensable as Prime delivery.
