As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager (Sr. PMM) at Neo4j, your first impact will be to show developers, and practitioners worldwide the power of Neo4j developer tools portfolio especially Neo4j Desktop, Neo4j Browser, Neo4j GraphQL Library, Drivers and Connectors, as well as Neo4j Bloom. Through blogs, websites and other platforms, as the Sr. PMM in this role, you will produce and deliver authentic content that highlights DevTools latest features and integrations. In collaboration with product teams, devrel teams, demand gen, field and sales teams you will own the positioning, the stories, the pitches for DevTools and associated feature-set. As the DevTools Sr. PMM, you will demonstrate to organizations of this world how a developer-first approach benefits both the end-users as well as practitioners efficiently. 

Responsibilities:

  • Test, validate, iterate and operationalize new messaging across all touchpoints within DevTools portfolio.
  • Build content to promote our newest features to the world. Prepare launch activities for upcoming product releases. Maximize the impact with the audience/community that we target.
  • Create various sets of Product Marketing deliverables (blog posts, product announcements, website content, webinars etc.) that contribute to company-wide go-to-market objectives. Develop content and education assets that are developer centric.
  • Maintain an evergreen and consistent Product Marketing message across all channels. Keep our Value Proposition continuously up-to-date with latest releases and offerings.
  • Work with the Product Management team in defining roadmap priorities. Prepare related go-to-market activities.
  • Foster continuous delivery in the PMM squad, of authentic content and stories which resonates with developers and practitioner audiences.
  • Partner with growth, product, analytics, DevRel teams to help build a cohesive message across all touchpoints — ads, social, website, emails, product.
  • Help optimize product (and outside of product) developer experience.
  • Guide marketing on nurture campaigns to achieve activation and conversion metrics.

Desired Experience/Background:

  • 6+ yrs product marketing experience in a developer focused product.
  • You have a passion for great software products and the underlying technologies that power them.
  • You adapt quickly, can respond to changing objectives, and are comfortable with a fast paced environment.
  • You love writing, you care about producing content that will resonate with developers and practitioner engineers.
  • Passion for bringing people together and creating common understanding.
  • Understanding of the user journey, and getting to the root cause of a need, as inspiration for evolving the product marketing vision.
  • Real-world experience with databases, database tooling, and data integration is a plus.
  • Good familiarity with the database market, development tooling, and the needs of the developer.
