Why this role matters

Vonage is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the future direction of our services packages, currently known as our ‘Enterprise Plans.’ This role will bring together support, professional services and management tools to drive customer success.  This portfolio is critical to building strong customer relationships, speeding customer time to market and supporting customer growth.  


What you will do

  • Collaborate with Customer Solutions, Support, Partnerships and Product Owners to understand the current state of ‘Enterprise Plan’ packages and set the portfolio strategy
  • Organise and rationalise the current portfolio and align to strategic priorities
  • Improve and create new packages of support plans, professional services and bundles of tools and services to support customer adoption of Vonage offerings
  • Work with the partnerships team to incorporate offerings from SIs/GSIs to increase range and depth of professional services 
  • Build a deep understanding of how Customer Solutions and Support teams operate and engage with customers in order to ensure smooth running of current service packages and identify new opportunities 
  • Own the planning, implementation and go to market for new offerings in coordination with Engineering, Customer Solutions, Support, Partnerships, Marketing and Operations
  • Understand competitors, the market and costs globally in order to build effective packages and pricing plans and meet the needs of local markets and industries

  • Strong stakeholder management skills 
  • Experience rolling up your sleeves at start-ups or able to demonstrate an ambitious track record at a large corporation or in parallel to your work
  • Ability to:

    • create detailed business and technical requirements
    • work across diverse and distributed teams, engage with and inspire 
    • create an exceptional user experience  

What is required for application


  • Background in Customer Solutions, Support or Product Management
  • Minimum three years Product Management experience or equivalent
  • Experience in B2B businesses, preferably in the API or software space
  • Comfortable working in a distributed team with autonomy
  • Adaptive communication skills, and a collaborative, cross functional working style


  • Experience managing partner relationships or integrating partner services into a solution
  • Experience with value proposition development and bundling
  • Commercial acumen, including experience with business cases and an eye for identifying opportunities
  • Experience working in cross-functional programmes
