Even though you’ll be owning multiple experiences and products at Fuze, you’ll have a great team that has your back. You will be working closely with other Product Managers, our User Experience team, our UX Researcher, and a top-notch Engineering organization to make this vision a reality.

We are looking for an individual who thrives in collaborative environments to drive our hardware and device portfolio. It will be your job to understand our customer’s needs and pains, develop the strategy for managing hardware and devices, and execute on roadmap of tools and features.

The ideal candidate will have strong software, hardware, and UX experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and timezones. We’re a very small, flat, and fast organization and are dedicated to empowering every Product Manager to be as successful as possible.


What you get to do:

  • Maintain and prioritize our hardware roadmap and strategy
  • Work with Engineering, Product and Design UI/UX to identify and bring new concepts into consideration and flesh out ideal solutions
  • Collaborate with the Design UI/UX team to conduct product user research when necessary to identify user requirements for various solutions 
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to finalize solution concepts and bring those products and features to life
  • Present strategy and vision to a diverse group of stakeholders, from customers to internal teams to senior management
  • Make recommendations for difficult tradeoffs relating to product features, cost and schedule
  • Track various competitive and industry solutions that are critical path to the Fuze vision
  • Work with Marketing and PR to communicate features and benefits of Fuze experiences to consumers and partners
  • Work within the Sales and Product Marketing team to ensure our scenarios are being talked about across our portfolio



Desired skill and experience

  • 2+ years of Product/Program Management experience. Product Management experience with hardware and devices (Poly, Yealink, etc.) a plus
  • Self-starter, leader, and motivator with high energy level 
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of web applications, mobile, and communication products
  • Experience working with Design as partners to identify and create customer journey 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product development teams
  • Ability to prioritize and articulate hard tradeoffs  
  • Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps & functional specifications, launching new products, developing go-to-market strategies
  • Excellent organizational, presentation and writing skills 
  • Skilled at communicating across functions (at all levels) of an organization and with customers
  • Data-driven, knows how to look at user data and metrics to make the best decisions for the product
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Based in East Coast time zone
