  • Communicate with product, business teams and lead research projects
  • Analyze user needs to understand their issues and suggest business strategy
  • Identify problems with AS-IS products to analyze and make improvements
  • Recognize user pain points to present UX research priorities to the product team
  • Efficiently operate research resources and suggest research plans
  • Suggest multiple ways of research for its quality and reliability
  • lead team members grow to their full potential as researchers
  • Lead team sprints and incorporate user centered design throughout the research process
  • Communicate and coordinate with product management, design, and engineering from product strategy through execution to understand technical and business requirements
  • Share research results through reports and presentations to relevant departments


  • 8+ years of UX research experience or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to initiate research in different sectors including UX research, Market research, Consumer analysis, Strategy analysis, etc and present key findings for product improvements
  • Ability to deep-dive into a problem to derive issues and logical insights through data
  • Ability to communicate effectively by collaborating with various teams
  • Ability to conduct efficient research planning within limited time/resources
  • Fluency in English and Korean


  • B.A/B.S. degree in human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, or UX related field
  • Experience as a leader handling multiple products and department research to set directions
  • Experience working in the B2B product space or in the developer platform/API space
