Dragos is looking for an experienced, motivated, and creative Product Manager to join the Product team building world-class ICS cybersecurity products.  You will work closely with the Product team, internal stakeholders, and customers to drive an effective product roadmap using customer requests, internal requirements, use case validation, prioritization, definition, and execution for assigned products.  Background in building world-class cybersecurity products, asset identification, threat detection, response, threat intelligence, and reporting is required for this role. Responsibilities·        Team member responsible for the core Dragos Platform product features and capabilities·        Partner with internal and external sources collecting, validating, and prioritizing requirements·        Provide detailed requirement communication along with business justification to Engineering·        Support Sales efforts for opportunities, POCs, next market analysis, and development prioritization·        Working with Marketing and key stakeholders, position Dragos asset and threat content as core and differentiated Dragos advantages·        Track content performance along multiple KPIs (delivery, usage, accuracy, performance, defects)  Requirements·        3-4 years of enterprise scale B2B cybersecurity product management or equivalent experience (engineering, SDET, QA, pre-sales Subject Matter Expert) with a product line of $100M+ in revenue·        Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field·        Experience with on-premises hardware products, cloud/SaaS management, RBAC permissions, dashboarding and reporting, and threat intelligence (ICS cybersecurity experience a plus)·        Experience in prioritizing features and enhancements for Global 2000 organizations and multiple geographies·        Experience working with customers, Sales, Solution Architects, and User Experience to gather requirements and use cases to design and iterate on product capabilities·        Customer-centric perspective supporting sales opportunities·        Ability to prioritize competing requirements, and think outside the box to solve problems·        Analytical, enjoys a data-driven culture·        Certification from the Pragmatic Institute is a plus
